Improve your floor skills and learn to stand on your hands

Tumbling and Handstands is structured class where students will work on their skills and strength to learn improve various ground skills such as flips, walkovers, handsprings, handstands, etc.
Every lesson will also have a component of strength and conditioning and two coaches will be leading each class diving it in two blocks: this allows for all students to develop their tumbling as well as handstand skills in each session.
The class runs for 90 minutes and students enroll in a 10 week block course.
